Professional Background
Tovan's journey has always been about people, growth, and possibility.
After more than 25 years in business, technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership—including 12 years in C-Suite roles—he began asking a bigger question: How can we help people prepare for a future that is changing faster than ever?
As a founder and executive, he first explored this through business and higher education. His journey then moved upstream, into the development of younger generations. Since 2021, Tovan has worked in coding education with children and teenagers aged 4–16.
Along the way, he discovered that his deepest passion was not simply building businesses or teaching skills—it was helping people discover themselves, unlock their potential, and find their own direction.
That realization brought him to professional coaching.
Today, Tovan serves executives, business leaders, and teenagers, bringing together his experience as an executive, founder, educator, and coach.
